Overview

Role: An award-winning digital tech/elearning company are looking for a focused and driven Business Development Manager to join their sales team to help achieve team and personal targets. The successful candidate will be apart of an exciting and dynamic team culture, and will receive informal and formal training. Responsibilities: - Achieving and exceeding personal/team revenue targets - Sourcing and developing new business to produce consistent gains in sales - Maintaining sales pipeline data and report - Working with stakeholders within the company for commercial success - Contributing to team meetings Requirements: - 4 years sales experience - Must be currently selling bespoke elearning solutions - Experience working with LMS/bespoke content - Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills - A proven self-starter - able to work well under pressure and to deadlines
