Protection Adviser - OTE £55K

A very successful, directly authorised mortgage brokerage based near Huddersfield seeks an experienced Protection Adviser. This firm has formidable marketing capabilities and as such, enjoys a wealth of constant Mortgage and Protection enquiries. The Directors of this firm own one of the most lucrative lead generation websites in the market, which provides enquiries that are literally 'on tap.’ With its sophisticated marketing techniques and impressive Google ranking, the company attracts a wide range of customers, including specialist business attracting high commissions. Because the Mortgage Advisers are so busy, the company has decided to employ a dedicated Protection Adviser to free up their time. As a result, you will have access to all the new clients to whom you will offer relevant Protection products including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection. Once a mortgage case has been written, you will call the client and offer them suitable cover from the whole of market. You can expect to receive 40 cases per month, with a healthy conversion rate of up to 75%, so you will enjoy strong earning potential. There is no cold calling involved whatsoever, as these are all existing customers. This firm would welcome you introducing business if you prefer, but this is not essential. This is an office-based role, where all business is conducted over the telephone. You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £24K with on target earnings of £50K - £55K. It is essential that you have experience of selling Protection products and a strong compliance record. You will also have excellent communication and rapport building skills, and a proactive approach. Given these lucrative leads, you must have a genuine desire to exploit these and earn substantial income.
