Overview
My Client, an award-winning, legal 500 Yorkshire firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor (3 years PQE) to specialise in Court of Protection and Welfare. Matters will include s.21A challenges and s.16 matters, ALR status would be beneficial but this could be funded for the right candidate. The role will be based in their growing Health and Welfare Department and will suit someone who's looking to move into a managerial position. You will be a good team player and leader, the successful candidate should have excellent communication and client care skills due to the nature of the work. A car is required, as the work will involve frequent travel. The successful candidate should be approachable and professional, you will be dealing with vulnerable individuals and therefore be subject to an enhanced CBS check. The salary will be competitive and dependent on candidate experience, the firm offers a benefits package, as well as opportunities for progression.
