Store Manager Brighton Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 plus bonus (OTE) Leading pawnbroker and fast-growing second-hand retailer is looking for Store Manager for its flagship store in Brighton. Our client is looking for people from different backgrounds with management experience and strong commercial awareness who are ready to learn new skills in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities of the Store Manager: Ensuring the highest operational and commercial standards are maintained Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships Maximise business opportunities and achieve the Company's KPIs Follow the standards and procedures Manage, inspire and motivate the team ensuring they provide an exceptional customer service Effectively handle customers complaints Effectively organise daily shop operation and prioritise your tasks Requirements of the Store Manager: You are commercially aware, driven, organised and hands-on.
