Overview

This leading high street fashion retailer are looking for a store manager designate over their South Coast region. With a package up to £30,000 plus travel expenses and fantastic benefits and long term development opportunities. This is a new role for the business and they're introducing the position into a handful of key regions across the UK and Ireland in order to increase head count where they have a large number of stores. As store manager designate with this leading fast fashion retailer you will work closely with your area manager in covering key stores across the area that need management support. You must be open to a degree of travel but of course the costs of this would be covered where required. You will have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of sites from flagship to market town sites. You will be able to go into a site and make a big impact across sales and teams in order to deliver positive results and brand standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong deputy or department manager to get their first taste of store management.
