Overview

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT COORDINATOR for a US owned organisation based in OXFORD. This role is paying between 25-28K and they’re moving forward to interview ASAP . YOU MUST HAVE ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS AND HAVE A STRONG ORGANISATIONAL, SUPPORT BACKGROUND. PURPOSE The company Associate experience is critical to business success. As the ADMININSTRATIVE SUPPORT COORDINATOR, you’ll be passionate and confident in supporting our independent Associates and their members. As the ADMIN SUPPORT COORDINATOR, you will quickly, calmly and confidently address Associate issues with service, knowledge and a delivery of solutions. Maintain a professional approach to all Associate concerns with the aim to solve problems and increase Associate satisfaction, leading to an increase in sales and retention in the Associate network. A key element of this role is to offer sales support and guidance to Associates for their next step in development. Responsibilities: Your role will involve 60% associate support and 40% admin support. Assist with the Associate onboarding experience through to senior level promotions Liaise with Associates via telephone, email, live chat or instant message, as well as making regular outbound sales calls to welcome Associates to the business Support Associates with training; to gain knowledge and understanding of the Associate Tool Kit in operating their business Confidently answer Associates questions on the compensation plan and genealogy structure of their business Manage queries on membership and Associate retention, and troubleshoot Associate member issues that may arise Be both visible and approachable for Associates during Training days and special events in Head office Regularly feedback findings and observations on the Associate experience to the Sales Director, and make recommendations for improvement Troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the onboarding processes, and where relevant work with the Sales Director to ensure the Associate service quality is maintained Weekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure any Associate and member issues are identified, and resolved Keep an accurate and up to date log of all communications with Associates and their Members, and a detailed log of cancelled Associates and Memberships Deliver a weekly Associate and Member report to the Sales Director, and ad-hoc reports as requested Contact Members who have missed their membership payment, or their payment has failed due to a system issue, and where required send a letter Regularly review processes for ways to make procedures more time and cost-effective Strong collaboration with other departments to drive company incentives and promotions Liaises with the Senior Management team, suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency of service Skills, knowledge and experience Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with our Associates and Members, and at all levels of the business Good time management and organisational skills, including experience working to deadlines Adaptable to change and taking on new tasks Flexible and Organised Self-motivated and focused Excellent judgment about when to escalate Great problem-solving skills Confident using excel at Advanced level Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel information and associate financial data by keeping sensitive documents private and secure - GDPR compliance GET IN TOUCH ASAP IF YOU'RE INTERESTED
