Overview
A very well established, specialist Letting Agency require an experienced Lettings Manager to join their team. This is a rarely available role, and a great opportunity not to be missed As the Lettings Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day to day management of a team of negotiators, you’ll also be tasked with retaining business and growing the existing portfolio. The company have a fantastic property management, maintenance and administration team that you’ll liaise closely with to ensure the overall successful running of the portfolio. To be considered for this position you must be highly organised and efficient, have great leadership skills and the ability to grow an office. You must have previous experience as a Lettings Manager and you’ll ideally have good up to date knowledge of lettings legislation. You’ll be a great communicator, able to handle a high pressured and busy role. Further Information Basic Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) with an OTE up to £55,000 A company car can be provided if required Great working hours, 5 day working week. 1 in 4 Saturdays Please note, you must have a full driving licence to be considered for this position.
