Property Manager - Selly Oak - up to £30k dependent on experience My client is a professional and recognisable independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand within Selly Oak and surrounding areas. They are dedicated in delivering a personal and high quality level of service to all customers. My client is now looking to recruit an experienced and professional Property Manager to join their vibrant team based in Selly Oak. This is an exceptionally busy office therefore the suitable candidate will have a proven record in dealing with high volume portfolios in a fast paced environment and ideally have student lettings knowledge. Your responsibilities within this role will include: ·Maintaining accurate database of managed properties ·Tenancy extensions / renewals / rent increases ·Liaising with landlords and tenants keeping them up to date with maintenance works ·Management of day to day maintenance issues ·Management of external contractors ·Carrying out inspections, check outs and Health and Safety visits Essential Skills for the Property Manager role includes: • Property Management Experience ideally within the Student market • An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants • Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service. • Strong Organisational Skills • UK licence and own car
