Overview
Due to rapid growth our client is currently recruiting for several Sales Executives to join their existing team. The company are a leading UK Commercial Insurance Broker who have an unrivalled internal setup in terms of employee engagement, development and support. The successful candidates will have the potential to earn a fantastic salary and commission due to their impressive renewals and commission scheme. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing business who will support people who don’t have years of sales experience behind them to achieve personal and career goals in a fun and energetic environment. Duties: Contacting potential customers (warm leads) to discuss their commercial insurance needs Understanding the client’s needs and tailoring the correct insurance accordingly Processing the policy accurately and efficiently Providing support to clients with any queries Renewing clients polices annually Working as a part of a highly successful sales team Skills Required: Proven sales background Ability to regularly hit targets Enthusiasm and desire to succeed Commission/Bonuses/Benefits 8% commission on all sales In addition to the above, 8% on renewals the following year currently in excess of 90% renewal rate Consistency bonus scheme - after 2 months you earn £100, after 3 you earn £200, after 3 months you earn £750 and every month thereafter £750 After passing the Cert CII you receive £1000 Salesperson of the year receives two First Class tickets to anywhere in the world, 2nd place receives £2000 and 3rd place receives £1000 20 days holiday plus an extended Christmas shutdown Regular 4pm finish on a Friday Regular company social events
