The Role of the Area Sales Manager: As a product specialist, you will have experience selling to gain specification through Surveyors and Local Authorities whilst following the process through to installation on site. You will be based within the territory with some working knowledge of the major players and contacts within it. You will be selling Flat Roofing Refurb Products including built up felt roofing and liquid products. An understanding of the process from cradle to grave is essential for the role. The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager: The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate experience of selling a technical product through to specification. An understanding of heavy-side Construction start to finish project delivery with a professional and organised personality will have a great advantage in this position. They will be a highly motivated, success proven problem solver who can develop new projects and clients in an already busy patch.
