An exciting opportunity has become available for a trailblazing Business Development Executive to join an exciting new innovation in our client's business. Our client are the company behind a range of well-known regional magazines and we’re looking for an Inside Business Development Executive to join them in getting the message out to businesses up and down the country. Who We Are Looking For? We’re looking for a driven, tenacious, passionate Business Development Executive who will make outbound business development calls to potential new customers and hot leads to current partner customers who are looking for ways to develop their business in magazines. The role focuses on identifying a need, discussing the benefits, and ultimately making the sale and follow up administration, in conjunction with our implementation teams to do the rest. Offer You’ll receive a basic salary of £22,500 and have an additional bonus earning potential in your first year. In addition, you’ll receive 20-25 days annual leave ( bank holidays) Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm plus lots of other personal benefits that you’d expect. This role might be for you if you Have direct sales experience, particularly in business development, with a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a front-line sales role- ESSENTIAL Are a self-motivated and organised individual, used to working in a customer focused team. Have a track record of achieving and exceeding KPI’s and targets within deadlines Thrive on giving customers a quality managed service and are great on the phone. Are well organised, friendly and confident and can prioritise a busy workload, whilst also processing data Used to looking after a range of new and existing businesses. Are comfortable using a range of IT packages including a bespoke CRM system
