Overview
GCS are on the lookout for a Sales Engineer to work for a client of ours in Stroud, Gloucester as detailed below. You will be joining a growing in-house telesales team to service, develop & expand sales in key USA Markets. You will be working for a company who design, manufacture & sell their products globally whilst also having a growing presence in the UK. Requirements: Positivity, resilience, enthusiasm. A competitive individual with strong people skills. Someone who will achieve monthly sales and productivity KPls A result driven individual, self-motivated, with a passion for sales and customer service Professional and clear communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport Experience of telephone sales or a customer facing environment desirable National & international travel may be required to enhance & build customer relationships, including organising & attending meetings & trade shows Skills: Good IT and CRM skills Familiarity with AutoCAD (or similar 3D software) would be beneficial but not essential Technical Engineering or Manufacturing knowledge would be beneficial but not essential Full training will be an integral part of the induction process & working hours reflect US timings. (UK afternoons and evenings - 12pm - 8pm whilst training & 3pm - 11pm when trained and self sufficient) Once the 6 months probation has been completed you will be offered a full time permanent job with the client.
