Overview
An exciting opportunity to join an established independent estate agents as a trainee negotiator in 3 of their branches in London. My client is an established estate agents with 10 branches covering London. It has as excellent reputation throughout the industry with an alternative 'quirky' culture. They are now looking for determined, ambitious and enthusiastic trainee's to join 3 of their branches and drive them to further success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a property driven individual to step up for this role and progress within the company as there is room for growth in the near future. The responsibilities of the trainee negotiator will be: Arranging viewings Carry out viewings in a professional manner Registering potential tenants Create new business opportunities The successful candidate must be: Extremely sales driven Fantastic communicator Target driven Great customer service Must possess a friendly communicative manner Salary and Benefits: OTE - £45,000 travel allowance.
