This retailer prides themselves on giving their customer an inspiring store experience, confidence building and sharing personal joy. If you love to take ownership and see your team excel this is the role for you. Responsibilities include: Leading in personal customer service. Coaching, motivating and leading your team. Having a presence on the sales floor and driving sales. Interacting with customers, building relationships and creating an energised and positive environment. Maintaining excellent standards and acting as a brand ambassador. Visual merchandising, analysing commercial reports and making decisions. Managing performance to include goal setting, development and appraisals. This a rewarding role and ideal for a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager looking to develop their experience.
