Overview
Are you a highly motivated and professional individual, with a strong desire to consistently achieve at the highest level, looking for an exciting opportunity within a well-established Estate Agency? Minimum of 3 years' current experience within residential lettings with a proven successful track record is required. Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:30pm, Saturdays 9am - 5:30pm (day off in lieu during the week) £16,000 to £18,000 per annum basic salary, plus bonuses and company car or allowance OTE circa £22,000 to £28,000 per annum Senior Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent Billericay, Essex Duties include: Registering applicants Booking and attending viewings Negotiating terms with Landlords Listing properties on to the portfolio Maintain regular contact with all applicants Manage and update applicants on all properties Negotiate where instructed any offer between Landlord and Tenant Achieve all daily and weekly targets Our clients require: Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail Ability to prioritise a busy workload Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets Ability to build rapport with both tenants and landlords Full UK driving licence A highly respected and well-established independent Estate Agency, covering Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management, Land & New Homes, Financial Services, Commercial Property and Surveying.
