Overview
Working for our Client who is a none profit organisation that has been established for over 100 years. The successful candidate will be joining a professional and experience business to consumer sales team as a Sales Executive. The purpose of the role is to contact lapsed Customers and retain the business. These Customers would have used the service through a previous or current employer (as a perk of employment). It is the responsibility of the Sales Executive to sell the service to the individual and retain the business. Along with an excellent basic salary, the company offer a great benefits package alongside this. (Please see below) As the Sales Executive you will be responsible for : Contacting lapsed customers to re-introduce the service and retain the business, encouraging customers to reactivate their membership Conducting outbound B2C calls Upselling and cross selling and the services offered where appropriate Objection handling and fact finding Closing sales over the phone and processing paper work The successful candidate for the role of Sales Executive will have: Previous experience selling to consumers Outbound Telesales experience Experience working within a targeted environment 5 GCSE's C or above including Maths and English In return the Sales Executive will receive a basic salary of £21,411 (this increases every year with the cost of living) along with realistic OTE of £32,000pa. Along with the salary the successful candidate will also receive 23 days holidays plus bank holidays rising to 24 after 12 months, free parking, subsidised canteen, healthcare and pension scheme and an annual PRP company bonus. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 12:00pm - 8:00pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:45pm. Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
