Assistant Club Manager / Sales Manger - Gym - Orpington £22,000 to £25,000 basic plus commission - £26,000-£30,000 OTE My client is one of the fastest growing fitness chains in the World with over 4,500 clubs globally & 160 in the UK. Due to a recent restructure we are seeking an Assistant Club Manager in Orpington The core accountabilities that will fall under the Assistant Club Manager’s remit include (but are not limited to) assisting the Cluster Manager with the following: Sales - achieve new member, total live membership and income targets, including other secondary revenue streams such as vending etc. Member retention and exceptional club culture - ensure the highest levels of member satisfaction, utilise club fitness systems and initiatives aimed at improving and maintaining member retention. Club Operations - the overall running of the club’s day-to-day operating requirements Marketing - development of the brand, increasing brand awareness through targeted and planned outreach events and relevant social media tactics Training and Development - to direct, train and motivate staff so that they are capable of delivering to the best of their ability This is an excellent opportunity for a fitness professional to step into a management role & with future expansion plans a great chance to develop a satisfying career.
