Medical Sales Representative -Cardiothoracic / Surgical Suction Basic £45-48k NEG (Perhaps slightly negotiable), £15k Commission, Car or allowance (TBC) and exceptional benefits. London and South east England Company -Boasting in excess of 50 years experience within the medical vacuum / suction setting the organisation is a trusted partner in operating theatres worldwide. With origins in the USA and 18 direct subsidiaries in Europe, North America and Asia it also distributes its products in more than 100 countries, either directly or through independent partners. Role - The Medical Sales Professional will sell a range of Surgical Suction, Fluid Collection, Vacuum Assisted Delivery, Airway Suction and Cardiothoracic Drainage solutions to the NHS and Private Hospital Theatre / Operating Room market. The capital element of the sale can be "long term" and process driven. In addition the role demands an exceptional negotiator who is able to navigate the NHS buying process and ensure revenue and margin are maintained from territory. A mixture of new business and account management this is a home based, targeted, sales role that requires extensive travel and potentially occasional nights away from home… Applicant - • Proven NHS / Private Hospital Sales Experience • Proven Operating Theatre / Surgical Sales ideally - Medical Devices in non surgical settings will be considered if candidate has great commercial acumen • Experience within Capital Solutions beneficial. • Track record of success Applicants will have worked as - Territory Manager / Sales Representative / Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist / ODA / ODP or similar.
