Sales Team Manager - Stockport (30K base circa 50K OTE) Keywords: Sales Manager, Telesales Team Leader, uncapped OTE, Senior Sales Executive I'm currently partnering with a major retail brand based in Stockport, looking for a Sales Team Manager / Telesales Manager to join & lead a successful outbound telesales marketing team. This is a role for a money hungry individual, who is looking for a career, as opposed to a well-paid stop gap. This is a fast-growing business and the sales teams are rewarding accordingly, both financially and with the opportunity to progress, grow teams and earn promotions. You'll be initially looking after a team of around 20 telesales executives, with a view to nurturing existing team members, and hiring new ones. As the Sales Manager you will manage, coach and mentor the outbound team to ensure you hit KPI's and sales targets. You'll be a confident, outgoing communicator, but that shouldn't make you arrogant. You'll need decent soft-skills when required, as managing a team of this size doesn't allow a one-shoe fits all management style. You'll need to lead by example, be empathetic with top performers, and equally so with underperformers. You'll be rewarded with a generous basic salary, commission structure and half day finishes on a Friday.
