Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Finance Co-ordinator to administer the income generation processes. Youll administer the management of the sales order cycle up to sales invoicing, administering income queries and credit notes. We are looking for a motivated, resourceful and self-motivated communicator with exceptional attention to detail to join our finance team to add value and grow with our business. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some sales and finance administration experience looking to develop further. If you have already achieved your AAT then great, if not, this is something we could look to support, in addition you will receive coaching and mentoring on the job. Working as part of our finance team you will work within an all-rounded sales and finance role, including providing credit control on a number of allocated accounts. As a Sales and Finance Co-ordinator you will assist in managing the sales order cycle, this will include actioning all internal log requests, creating quotations, sales orders and invoices and ensuring the quotes and order cycle runs are within the service levels. Your role as a Sales and Finance Administrator will include a number of other responsibilities such as: * Sales invoicing * Administrating Credit notes and sales queries * Preparation of reports * Maintaining Client administration * Credit Control * General duties such as dealing with post and ad hoc tasks. Requirements * AAT qualification is beneficial but not essential, this is something we would look to support someone with if not already achieved. * Strong organisational and ability to detail. * Evidence of working on own initiative. * Proven experience working within a relevant role, ideally within a 20M+ organisation. * Commercial experience delivering a high volume of sales invoices. * Customer centric and service oriented, strong communicator.
