Trainee Recruitment Consultant Are you looking for a Trainee role that offers excellent opportunity for growth and exceptional earning potential ? Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: Developing new business by generating relationships with new business contacts Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies Building a network of candidate and hiring manager contacts through building a map of the recruitment market and a referral network Achieving set targets and working to deadlines to achieve set objectives Managing the candidate experience from selling the opportunity through to offer stage What you can expect from us: Award-winning training programme called ‘Impact’ – this gives you all the knowledge required to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant and further development as you progress through the business Unrivalled and uncapped commission scheme with on target earnings up to £50 in year one, £70k in year two and up to £100k in year three Monthly, quarterly and annual incentives including lunch clubs and holidays to Vegas, Ibiza and Dubai Opportunity to relocate to our offices across the UK, US and Europe once you hit your targets Office located directly opposite Liverpool Street Station, stocked with fresh fruit and free breakfast daily and free PT sessions once a week The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a sales position and is therefore target driven and fast paced. This is not a Human Resources position or a role where you will help people – your results will be focused around targets and revenue .
