Senior In-House Recruiter — fast growing tech firm Portsmouth | £27k to £35k commission (£50k OTE) I am assisting my client with a key hire as they make one of their first hires within their internal recruitment function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter looking to make the transition into internal recruitment. This is a demanding role with a considerable workload, and we are looking for someone that is reactive, proactive and strategic. My client is an emerging technology firm with inspiring growth plans and this role will offer an exciting, accelerated career progression path into leadership. Responsibilities of the Senior In-House Recruiter role include: Working very closely with key stakeholders to understand their growth plans and vacancy requirements Direct sourcing of candidates via various methods including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, job and graduate fairs and internal referrals to name a few Conducting telephone screening and/or first stage interviews Managing each candidate through the recruitment process Ensuring the candidate has a positive experience with the business Managing and maintaining good relationships with recruitment suppliers Managing offer process, completing paperwork and conducting appropriate references Skills and experience required: At least three years recruitment experience Ability to work at pace and keep up with the demands of a fast-growing company An attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a busy role Great influencing skills and an out and out people person The benefits on offer include: Be part of fun incentives; cocktail making, escape rooms, quarterly and yearly awards, as well as inter-team and office competitions Monthly, quarterly and yearly company awards Attractive holiday policy; start off with 20 days plus BH, increasing with each year of service Birthdays off Give back to the wider community with volunteer days and fundraisers Free parking Free gym facilities on-site, free gym classes like yoga, spinning and circuits Social team nights out as well as an annual department trip Company socials, Regatta, subsidised ski trip, Christmas parties As they expand into the US, this will likely include global travel and potential relocation opportunities… ABOUT US Hello My name is Michele and I am the proud owner of Ivory Jacobs.
