Mandarin Senior Sales Consultant - China Desk We have just been instructed by one of the largest global agencies to help find a Senior Negotiator to join the China Desk. They are looking for someone to be the point of contact between China, South East Asia and London looking after all buyers looking to purchase in the UK. The role will involve networking to find new buyers, and to negotiate sales across a large portfolio of new homes across all price ranges. It is crucial that you have experience working in new homes in London speak fluent mandarin and Cantonese. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful brand. The Role: First point of contact for all Chinese clients looking to buy in London Actively network to find new buyers To negotiate on new homes across London Set up and manage a network of channel partners to help promote the developments To understand the London market and have a knowledge of property values, trends and regeneration areas. Travel to China on a regular basis is required. Communicate with all sales managers across the company Maintain a high profile in the community to gain excellent relationships The candidate: To speak fluent mandarin Previous property sales experience Excellent phone mannerism Well presented Fluent in English and ability to use all Microsoft office programs Be responsible for all outstanding monies in relation to properties To build confidence and trust with all prospective buyers Enthusiastic and dedicated sales professional Ability to contribute to business strategies with the partner in charge of the sector Willingness to accept tasks given and flexibility to work as part of a loyal team Please not this role does NOT offer sponsorship.
