Job Description: They are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager with an eye for detail to help manage and grow their client relationships. The successful candidate will be working directly with the highly experienced Managing Director and joining a close-knit, international team. Salary: £28,000 Basic Bonus (OTE £35 - 45k) Key responsibilities: Managing and converting a pipeline of inbound/outbound leads (no cold calling) Engaging and building relationships with senior executives within some of the worlds’ largest organizations Identifying and proactively researching potential new business clients Day-to-day client communication Taking a consultative approach to ensure clients are set up for long-term success as key accounts benefiting from the company’s services Setting and tracking business and individual KPIs Closing new business Who Fits the Bill?
