Overview

Role & Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager: As a Business Development Manager, you will manage new customers, ensuring all desired outcomes are achieved to result in valued and trusted partnership working. Focus on UK Multinationals to proactively sell a range of Lines of Business and IT. Maintain relationships and networks with a range of partners and stakeholders. Develop and maintain strategic client relationships whilst delivering a high level of customer service. Skills & Experience of a Business Development Manager: As a Business Development Management, you will be confident in delivering company requirements whilst working in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience of working towards and hitting sales targets, showing a driven attitude. Ideally an exposure to and an in-depth knowledge of Cisco products. Strong communication skills with the ability to network with a range of stakeholders. Integrity, honesty and consultancy are key when approaching this role. Exposure to working within a new business environment. Experience selling Cisco CC/UC is highly desirable, or any Contact Centre related technology.
