Trainee Estate Agent - South West London Salary structure: £15,000 - £18,000 basic commission and bonuses OTE £35,000 - £40,000 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very busy award-winning leading estate agency based in the SW London area. Our client is looking for target driven individuals to join their very busy modern offices as a Trainee Estate Agent (Lettings). The right candidate should be: Motivated Organised Target Driven Charismatic Able to use their initiative Able to work well in a diverse team Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Registering applicants for Sales & Lettings Servicing existing clients on the database Arranging appointments and carrying out viewings Communicating with clients both written and verbally regarding feedback, arranging viewings, Negotiating offers etc Meeting Lettings targets
