Business Development Graduate Location: Paddington, London My Client is a Fintec start-up looking to continue its growth into specific, UK, market segments. They enable brands to engage with huge new markets, driving both online & direct sales, and global brand development. They have already started to change the way we engage with customers and are now in a position to grow their teams. Job Specification I am searching for ambitious individuals, both recent graduates and those with previous sales experience, who are hungry to succeed and looking to advance their career within a lively, positive, 'cando' environment. No two weeks are the same, but some of your daily responsibilities look a bit like this: Your role will be to find and follow up on business leads and schedule new business opportunities ? You will be meeting and demonstrating our products to business leaders in order to sell effective solutions To be a key contributor to our dynamic, close knit sales team Make outbound calls using call lists Research potential clients and put together target company lists Take incoming customer calls, processes sales, and accepts payment for products and services. Be the 'AnswerBank' for questions about product specifications and pricing Up sell customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or extra services Accurately and efficiently enter information into company databases Due diligence on new customers Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with those customers by making subsequent contact Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops Personal Requirements Degree educated in any discipline Some previous Sales or Commercial experience A hunger to succeed and over achieve Extremely positive and enthusiastic individual with natural sales ability Must be eligible to work in the UK Package Basic Minimum Starting Salary £24K ?
