Key responsibilities: Outbound calls to Initial enquiries Deal with inbound initial enquiries to the London office Provide an exceptional level of customer service Support the Field based Partners Maintain and improve product and industry knowledge If you have ambitions to advise then this role will be perfect as you can progress to a Private Client Manager. To qualify you should have inbound and outbound telephone experience, a sales or customer services background and an interest or work experience of financial services.
