Overview

Trainee Sales consultant -Telesales We are an offfice product supplier based in Hoddesdon who are expanding the sales floor. We are looking for people who are driven by money and want to break into sales. Full product training is provided along with ongoing fun weekly sales coaching. If you are looking to work with a market leader with mass expansion plans, opportunity for progression and a chance to work with the hottest products on the market then get in touch. This is a commission driven role with additional bonuses and incentives for top earners. The basic salary for the trainee role is £16,000 pa moving to £18,000 after probation. More experienced people can achieve up to £20,000 as a basic salary. Full product and on-going sales training will be provided for all, regardless of experience. Top On Target Earnings within this role are: £25,000 year one £40,000 year two £60,000 year three You are expected to make as many quality calls as possible in any given day and create phone appointments for seniors. Your hunger for money, rapport building skills and telephone technique are imperative. Leads will be supplied to you from day one. Self-prospecting would also be expected (LinkedIn). Successful applicants will need to: Have an excellent telephone voice Be intelligent and able to think on your feet Have strong sales ability, ideally demonstrated within employment to UK market Be financially astute & technologically savvy Have determination to succeed within a sales role. Be PC literate and comfortable using Microsoft Excel Work between 9am - 5.30pm Be available to commence employment ASAP The interview process will be a one on one meeting in Hoddesdon.
