Demon Recruitment Group is currently recruiting Business Development Managers to join their Client in the Newbury area. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting Business, who are extremely forward thinking and all about developing their staff. Duties will include: -Understanding the company products and services -Identifying new sales opportunities -Ensuring pipeline is all full of prospects to contact -Reaching out to new Businesses to sell -Discussing products and overcoming any customer problems/reservations -Working to weekly targets -Managing all cross-selling opportunities - following these up and monitor -Ensuring all opportunities are logged Experience/Skills required: -Previous Sales experience - B2B ideally -Confident communication skills -Good Excel skills -Ability to produce a high volume amount of calls For more information please apply today Contact Emma Chapman at Demon Recruitment Group for more information.
