Business Development Director - £60-£80k (Double OTE), L&D, London With some of the Forbes 500 list as clients already within 3 years, this exciting immersive Virtual Reality training company is seeking an experienced Business Development Director with a business to business background to help develop customer relationships and increase sales. Our Business Development Director will enjoy the prestige of a market leading company with technology built for enterprise from the ground up, the platform enables companies to create, scale and measure virtual reality training throughout their organisation The Business Development Director will work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop then execute on a plan to drive Net New Name sales from self-sourced, incoming and occasionally RFP based opportunities. The role will ideally suit a genuine self-starter who thrives in an innovative environment whilst using data to drive sales velocity, accurate forecasting and decisions. To be considered you will have: 10 Years enterprise sales management in either an Enterprise Platform, Learning Management or HCM system sales. Demonstrable experience of winning complex multi-year sales made up of platform plus content and integration or similar to Fortune 2000 type organisations. Degree or equivalent Superb and confident communicator on the phone and in person with great presentation skills Have experience of writing high quality proposals and pitches; Have sound commercial negotiation skills Be impeccably organised and have a great attention to detail Be self-motivated and have a desire to achieve tangible results This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced business in scale up phase.
