Negotiators are also rewarded by the company with a point's scheme, these are based on the customer service provided to the client by the negotiator. The Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be seeing deals through from first contact to handing over the keys. Duties As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service. On a day to day basis you will be selling a wide range of properties, chasing leads, conducting viewings and liaising between the buyer and vendor. You will be managing the process from start to finish from handling enquirers to handing over the keys. The Person The individual should possess a strong work ethic with excellent written and spoken communication skills. The successful candidate should have the ability to build a rapport with a wide range of people and be able to maintain a professional attitude at all times. Essential Criteria For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a good level of customer service as well as a high level of professionalism. You will be conducting viewings, so you will need your own car as well as a full UK or EU driving license. Desirable Criteria Graduate Area Knowledge Sales Experience Target driven
