Insurance Retention Executive £25-£30k basic Commission Benefits Our client is a fun, friendly and ambitious Finance and Insurance company based in Alton. Due to planned growth our client is seeking experienced professional and enthusiastic Retention Executive to join their growing company as part of a newly created team. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am - 6pm and Friday 9:00 - 4:30pm (with the option to leave at anytime) free parking, benefits and perks. This is a forward thinking firm with staff who achieve and exceed targets can achieve additional incentives and privileges as well as a great remuneration package and benefits The role will be part of a growing team in the Life Insurance Sales Department contacting all clients who have cancelled existing policies sold. The objective is to find a resolution through reinstating or finding a better suited policy that the client is happy with. Duties and Responsibilities Contacting customers by telephone on receipt of confirmation of cancellation Selling the benefits of all our products and services Providing quotes and arranging policies for customers over the phone in line with our Non-advised sales process and the customers’ demands and needs Maintaining client records ensuring total compliance with the Data Protection policy and regulatory requirements Learning and retaining detailed product knowledge Always be punctual and respectful of other employees Skills and Experience Some experience as an either an outbound sales consultant or retention specialist Experience of the insurance sector, within the past 12mths is required Experience of working to and achieving targets Excellent communication skills Self-motivated Enjoys selling to a diverse client base Enjoys working in a team where the client matters Enjoys working in a fast paced Sales environment In return for your hard work and flexible approach they offer a fantastic working environment, an attractive remuneration package and generous holiday allowance.
