Overview
Due to postive expansion, we are seeking Telemarketers on behalf of our client located in Coleshill, Birmingham. Our client specialises in business telephone systems, installation, maintenance and support, calls, lines and broadband packages. You will be working within a small close knit telemarketing team coducting outbound B2B calls to new and potential customers from an in house CRM database. Whilst on these calls you will be required to ask questions to gather relevant information with the aim of securing a quality appointment for sales representatives to visit. The Ideal Telemarketer: Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Strong will and desire to learn/progress Positive approach and attitude Ability to work to/exceed targets Computer efficient Previous telemarketing experience would be an advangtage No experience is reequired as full in house training will be provided. Working Hours: Monday -Thursday 9am-5pm Fridays 9am-4pm. However, part time/flexible hours will be considered for the successfull candidate. Salary will be NMW plus commission.
