LAND AND NEW HOMES SALES NEGOTIATOR WANTED ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A NEW OPPORTUNITY BASIC UP TO £21,000 OTE £30,000 Are you looking for a new opportunity as a NEW HOMES SALES NEGOTIATOR? My client is looking for an individual to work along side the director in their busy land and new home department. Ideally you will have NEW HOMES experience or experience working within an ESTATE AGENTS. Main responsibilities Dealing with current and potential new developers Showing potential purchasers around show homes Negotiating sales Will eventually learn to do site visits for appraisals Progressing sales through to completion Providing weekly sales figures Keeping availability of units up to date Following up on viewings Skills & Experience Required Ideally New Homes or Property Sales Experience Excellent time management IT Literate Great communication skills Local knowledge preferred Ability to maintain administrative processes My client are interviewing and shortlisting at the moment, start for this position will be early/mid-March for the site to open early April.
