Overview
Our client is a respected and highly successful independent estate agency. A family feel company, looking to hire a friendly and confident trainee property consultant for the Brentwood branch. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop existing sales or estate agency experience, with lots of career progression and training support. The role will involve: Successfully negotiate offers Drive the business forward by offering great customer service Arrange and attend viewings Greeting buyers & vendors Registering customers Matching requirements & arranging viewings Calling out new properties The successful applicant will need: Estate Agency experience 12-18 months or proven sales experience Target driven Team player Ambitious and highly driven Clean driving licence & own vehicle In return our client can offer a basic salary of £14,000 - £16,000 OTE £15,000 - £20,000, along with discretionary profit share.
