In year 1 as a Trainee Negotiator, and depending on the employer, you can expect basic salaries to range between anything from £10,000 to £15,000 plus commission with realistic on target earnings in year 1 of £25,000 and rising in year 2 and with most companies you will receive an initial 3 to 4 month guaranteed salary of between £18,000 and £22,000 whilst you are building your sales pipeline (commission).
