Duties: To proactively develop new business opportunities Identifying and developing relationships with prospective key accounts Meeting clients Resourcing and screening candidates Personal Specification: Must have previous Recruitment Business Development experience Strong presentation skills Will be career driven Self-starter Strong work ethic and positive attitude Target driven Motivated and clear drive to be successful The ability to speak a second European language, particularly in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish is a distinct advantage but not essential Pay: The basic salary for this position is negotiable up to £30k (£40-50k OTE), depending on experience along with an uncapped commission structure designed to reward overachievers. We also have numerous regular monthly and quarterly incentives based on individual and team performance. Finally, no need to ever ask for a pay rise as we hold annual salary reviews based on sales performance and over achievement, so if you are good at what you do you can increase your basic salary What's Next?
