The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes; - • A track record of success in this or a similar industry • Experienced leader, manager and motivator in high volume sales teams • Fantastic customer service, communication, administrative and organisational skills • Ability to prioritise multiple projects • Ability to set goals, targets and KPI’s for the team • To coach, train and develop individuals • To come up with innovative and creative ideas that will help to drive each sales campaign • Efficiently respond to queries in a calm and friendly manner • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar • A team player with a "can do" attitude • Ability to prepare and share reports on individual and team performance The role offers great salary and company bonus and benefits.
