This is not a call centre job , this is an office based sales role working for one of market leaders in its field. Our client is an online estate agent who are looking for talented individuals to join their property acquisition team. Role Requirements Ability and experience of working in a targeted environment, with proven experience of delivering results consistently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Adaptable and versatile in nature, able to react to a variety of situations in a positive, professional manner. Strong relationship building, negotiation and influential skills. Background/ Experience Previous telephone sales experience essential Estate Agency/ Property would be desirable. Customer service experience. Money motivated The person: Change orientated Commercially astute Communication Customer focussed Strong negotiator Planning and organising Problem solving Results orientated Attention to detail They offer fantastic offices, easily accessible by road , train , tram and bus.
