The Job This is a B2C telesales role where you will be building up relationships with new customers. This is a Hybrid role where you will be given the opportunity to rotate your lead source every 3 months to support your development and expose you to best elements of both services. This will give you the best chance to succeed by furthering your understanding of our partners in the buying process, key KYC to Onboarding new clients, FX risk management and account management. Responsibilities; Guiding clients through the buying process You will be contacting people who have opted in to hear about our service so no cold calling. Apply a consultative sales approach to tailor the solution specifically for our client’s needs, and refer the client to the relevant service within our respectable partner network. The opportunity to attend our bespoke property exhibitions around the UK where you be able to represent the brands and upsell the business with potential customers. You will be trusted with the autonomy to manage your own lead source and specialised country /area. You will be encouraged to bring new ideas to the marketing team and senior management on how to best develop your country of expertise and lead sources further. You may also be selected to travel abroad to work closely with our network of Partners Who fits the bill? Comfortable on the phone and target driven.
