Experience / Skills required as a Trainee Recruiter: You will hold a minimum of 1 year of experience gained from working within, either: A recruitment environment, any sector considered, OR A customer facing / customer services type role with direct customer contact. Either way as a Trainee Recruiter you will: Thrive in a goal driven environment, motivated to overachieve. Possess strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at a time. See that the devil is in the detail, comfortable with asking questions. Be a proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated capacity to lead. motivate and work well with others. Able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
