Business Development Manager Job in Hampshire & Surrey Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be working with an award-winning Travel Company who pride themselves on giving their clients the best service levels, advice and value. They are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their sales team covering from Gatwick to the South. For this Business Development Manager role, you will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have passion for the travel industry. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities using the current database Report to the Director of Sales Ensure that sales campaigns are planned, delivered and completed in specified time frames Promote products to existing and new trade clients Attend meetings, training sessions, webinars and perform follow up duties as required Provide weekly reports on market feedback Attend regular sales meetings Knowledge and Experience: A background working within the travel industry Ability to deliver training to travel retail agents Able to work from home and cover a large geographical area which will include overnight stays Must hold a full UK driver’s license Salary and Benefits: £DOE Commission package Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm 20 days holiday bank holidays Staff discounts This Business Development Manager position would suit a travel sales professional who has superb communication and interpersonal skills.
