Trainee Recruitment Consultant Monarch Education Monarch Education Recruitment LTD are looking for career driven sales people to join our team. Here at Monarch we love developing talent and want to hear from you. Working in the Education sector we support schools across the country recruiting the best Teachers out there. To do this, we need exciting consultants scouring the market and selling to our clients. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your day would consist of: - Visiting schools for meetings and engagement days (Are you a good communicator?) - Candidate liaison, arranging registration meetings and offering interview support (Are you friendly and helpful?) - Creating literature and marketing to be sent to teachers and schools (Are you creative?) - Confirming and arranging trials, interviews and bookings for schools (Are you organised?) - Introducing Monarch and our service provision to local staff (Are you customer focused?) - Collecting supporting information, making candidates safe to work in schools (Are you efficient?) - Attending our prestigious incentive days out, we've been to; paint balling, crazy golf, escape rooms and to Michelin star restaurants (Are you fun and results driven?)
