Overview
My client a fast growing Cloud focused converged managed services organisation is looking to hire a Agile Workspace Practice Director for its Modern Workplace business / practice (Fully managed user productivity, Desktop & UC services, O365, Citrix and UCaaS). The role will involve owning and managing the P&L for the Practice (c£10-15 million) and have a team of sales specialists (Presales), solutions architects and technical engineers / delivery who work with close with customers. You will be working closely with their sales specialists who when they unearth an opportunity they call upon your expertise (technical, consultancy etc) to help close out the deal. It is important that you have experience of leading a similar technical / sales focused practice and you have a commercial / sales background and led growth in teams. This role would suit a senior level / executive who has proven experience of selling technology solutions and the vision to customers or you might be currently a Head of Managed Services who can take the step up into a Practice Director. It is imperative that you have performed a sales, pre-sales, product and technology focused role as a practice / business leader. Location is not important as your team and customers are typically in different locations although you would need to spend 1-2 days a week in London and travelling to see clients. Salary is c£110,000 - £120,000 20% bonus excellent benefits. Please send CV in the 1st instance.
