Overview

This is a London Based Role The client is a sucessful luxury interior design and furniture brand looking for driven and motivated sales associates to join their family Great oppertunities to progress and develop within the brand. The main responsibilities will be: Sales: - To welcome and greet customers; - To learn the Brands collections and be able to present them to our clients; - To know and apply the brands policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick - Ship stock references, samples, pricing - To use our 3D software company tools when for projects; - To follow up with leads in a professional manner; - To be on house calls when required. Factory purchases follow up: - To place purchase orders to our factories and be in charge of their follow up; - To provide updates to clients when needed; Customer's service: - To be service oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests; Merchandising: - To update the store tagging (Prices, special promotion) and Marketing store tools when The Requirements; - To assist in the preparation of the settings of the showroom upon corporate policies and under - To report any store improvement needed to the store manager and assist on its resolution. - Customer service oriented, organized with great communication skills; - Motivation to work in a sales environment; - Strong Interest in the furniture business; - Interior Designer certification a plus;/ - CAD and/ or 20/20 software knowledge a plus; This is a full time Position offering an amzing Commission structure 25 days Paid Holiday If you beleive you fit this breif Apply today
