Overview

Team Support are a privately owned independent Recruitment business that have been in operation since 1989 and currently consist of 7 offices nationwide. We have an amazing opportunity for an existing Mgr who feels maybe they are not being pushed as far as the would like. Maybe you are a consultant who is ready to step up into a management roll. We are looking for a special individual who has a mixture of skills. You will need to be able to manage and motivate existing staff who are running exiting key accounts. You will also need to get to grips yourself with understanding these clients quickly so you are able to support the contracts without doing the job of existing staff for them. You will also need to be able to recruit new staff and create a successful sales team for the growth of other A-Z business in the local and surrounding area and lead this team from the front demonstrating your own ability to win new business.
