Overview
Picton West is working with a successful market leading independent and together we are recruiting for a Property Manager. The role of the Property Manager is to: Book Property check ins, outs and inspections Make sure all legalities for the property are up to date Deal with reactive maintenance Manage property projects Manage landlord and tenant relationships Deal with contractors Book in works to be done The ideal candidate will: Have at least 1 year experience working as a Property Manager Understand the full lettings cycle Be well presented Have great communication skills Be a team player Driving Licence desired but not essential Salary is DOE but up to 26k - Role in MONDAY TO FRIDAY
