Overview
Telemarketer - Peterborough - 18,000/22,000 (OTE 30k) ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit an Outbound Sales Exec/Telemarketer for our award winning client based in Peterborough. Your daily responsibility will be to meet KPI’s set by your internal sales leader. This consists of daily call volume targets and booked appointments. Use the CRM system to plan and make calls to UK businesses - Its imperative your also log any information obtained on these calls. Ensure you email and communicate with external clients when you say you will. Gather and confirm contact details of key personnel Manage your activities in the CRM system Achieve your appointment setting target. Be able to overcome Telecoms & IT objections in order to reach the correct person to book appointments. Training provided Ensure our Warm leads are called within 2 working hours. Arrange for any cancelled appointments to be rescheduled in a timely manner. Ensure all calls meet our qualifying criteria. Be able to communicate confidently with team members Gather and share information with regards our competitors’ products and strategies. Minimum 2 closed deals per month from your appointments Essential skills: Excellent telephone manner DRIVEN TO EARN COMMISSION Excellent communication and listening skills.
