Team Leader Dunstable Competitive Basic Salary - £45,000 on target earnings (Uncapped Commission) - Career Progression - This is an office based role Are you a driven, passionate and strong leader? The GEM customer service centre helps to support the branch network through the delivery of multi- discipline teams of sales and lettings negotiators. Main purpose of the role: To lead an outbound telesales team within our contact centre, managing and engaging a team of 4-10 driven sales negotiators. Deliver great customer service and converting leads coming from our network of branches. To coach, train and support your team to strive to be the best and encourage for growth and development of your people. To account mange around 43-100 branches to support them growing their market share by loading quality leads for your team to convert into market appraisals. You will be able to demonstrate a track record and/ or the desire to manage a team of likeminded individuals Be able to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to deal confidently with clients and develop and maintain internal and external professional relationships both over the phone and face to face 2 years of experience of managing a customer service , sales or estate agency team would be desirable but not essential
